The population is split over the importance of a cover letter. Some hiring managers won’t consider an application without one, whereas some people believe that it’s time we got rid of the cover letter altogether.

In January 2020, recruitment expert Rita Chowdhry claimed to have created the ‘perfect CV’, a one-sided, 450-word CV designed for senior management positions in business, finance, or healthcare that she claimed will guarantee the applicant a six-figure role.

My journey with George House Trust started, like most things, with my network. I’m delighted to be a part of such an incredible HR community, one of whom was fundraising for GHT.
