HR Business Partner - Bedfordshire / Hybrid - c12 month contract - c£55,000 plus car allowance and bens



We are delighted to be representing our client with this exciting interim HRBP opportunity. An international business with a strong heritage and reputation for great customer service, they continue to thrive and grow. While this role is to cover a period of leave, it is certainly not a maintenance role as the business is in the midst of a large scale transformation project, and this role will be closely aligned to these programmes with some key deliverables.

The HR Business Partner will work closely with the transformation team to ensure the people impact of change is considered at all points and that regular communications are issued which are consistent and transparent. You will ensure the values of the business are fully reflected in all change activity and that employees remain engagement and fully informed on timelines and progress. Working as the key link between the change teams and the wider business you will work with multiple stakeholders to ensure there is collaboration and take a coaching approach to helping them lead their teams.



While there is a change bias to this role, the team is very much one that supports each other and you will likely be involved in BAU or generalist activity within your areas, this is likely to include supporting on resourcing for critical hires, any development support that may be needed and any ER casework that arises.


It is essential that you have experience within a HR business partnering capacity, in addition to strong stakeholder management skills. Your approach will be flexible and you will be able to deliver pragmatic, business focused solutions, which meet both individual and business needs.


The environment is a fast paced and ever changing commercial business where you will be required to react quickly to business needs. Your influencing skills will be strong, including your ability to challenge stakeholders at all levels, in a professional and collaborative way.


Ideally you will be immediately available, and able to commit to a c12 month contract. Their offices are based in Bedfordshire, however they operate a hybrid model where you can have ownership of your movements.
