HR Business Partner - Greater Manchester / Derbyshire (hybrid) - Permanent - c£45k

This is a great opportunity to join a privately owned North West SME in a newly created HRBP role. The business have ambitious plans for the future and so hold their people to high standards, however are incredibly supportive and want to make sure leaders and their teams have the tools to enable them to grow - the HR Business Partner will be a critical part of achieving this.

This role will join an evolving HR team, supporting a variety of stakeholders and partnering at Management level. You will be part of building a commercially focused HR service for the business, supporting the transformation of the HR function as the business grows. Working closely with a newly appointed People Director and joining a great team, you will have a varied role which includes HR Ops and strategy. You will be working with the People Director to develop and evolve the people strategy on one hand, and then will be out in the business understanding their needs and challenges from a people perspective on the other.

We are ideally seeking a HR professional who is very much a generalist, and is keen to bring their commercial style to a new role and growing business. You will be used to owning projects and building strong relationships with a variety of stakeholders. This is a team who genuinely collaborative, so you must be a do-er, it can often be all hands on deck and you must be willing to roll your sleeves up and get stuck in.

With offices in Derbyshire (close to Greater Manchester), they operate a hybrid model, typically 3 days in the office / 2 days at home, and are offering a salary of c£45k plus bens.
