Ultimately, we are seeking a forward-thinking People Operations Partner with a commercial outlook and key experience gained in a complex business. A solid generalist background with strong employee relations experience, excellent employment law knowledge, well-developed business and personal judgement skills, and the ability to engage people at all levels of the organisation. Change, harmonisation and TUPE experience along with good data analytics skills would be highly beneficial to fulfil this role.
