Are you an experienced Head of People Services looking for your next role?
This is a superb opportunity to join a highly successful and constantly growing organisation looking to appoint an Interim Head of People Services for nine months.
In this key role, you will lead and ensure the smooth operation of the People Services function with a focus on coaching and mentoring the team, process review and optimisation ahead of growth, ensuring Self-Service is working as efficiently as possible, and supporting with payroll activity for TUPE.
You know what good looks like in a highly effective people services/shared services function and will have had first-hand experience of successfully aligning HR operations with organisational objectives.
We are seeking a forward-thinking leader with strong process optimisation, case management, payroll and reward experience, and a coaching and mentoring approach.
Ideally, you will have gained experience working in a regulated industry and large-scale businesses.
The environment is fast-paced and ever-evolving. Therefore, it is essential that you have a flexible approach and the ability to react quickly and confidently to people's and business needs.
Hybrid working, typically 3 days/week in the Runcorn office
