We are looking for an exceptional and highly organised Executive Assistant to join the business and provide comprehensive support to the founder and executive chairman.
In this key role, you will be responsible for managing a very busy and complex schedule, coordinating meetings, handling complex travel arrangements, and facilitating seamless communication between departments and senior stakeholders.
You will be expected to anticipate the needs of the individual, manage confidential and sensitive information with discretion, and ensure that all administrative tasks are handled with the utmost professionalism.
You will be required to work both independently and collaboratively, often prioritizing multiple tasks in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
To succeed in this role, you will be an experienced Executive Assistant with a keen eye for detail, exceptional time-management skills, and the ability to juggle a variety of responsibilities. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential, as you will be interacting with a high-level stakeholders both internally and externally.
This role can be largely home-based if you prefer, with an expectation to be in the Lancashire-based office around two days per week.
