My recruitment career began just over 7 years ago, when I was brought into a large organisation to develop their Marketing recruitment division from scratch. At the time, I mainly focused on B2B Marketing recruitment, and I built an enviable client and candidate pool across the Northwest. Over the years I have developed my sector knowledge and experience, recruiting for mid-senior level marketing roles through to director level, with experience recruiting both B2B and B2C Marketing positions within digital, marketing, strategy and creative.

My passion is Marketing Recruitment, I love the market, the clients, the candidates and the exciting projects and roles I work on. I truly love what I do! Marketing is such a crucial hire for a business, and I am committed to getting it right the first time.

We currently find ourselves in candidate driven market, and it demands a thorough search and selection process. I believe every company needs a headhunting specialist working on their behalf. I build long term relationships with both clients and candidates (many of whom have become good friends over the years). I love to share knowledge and experiences and I genuinely care about each of my clients and candidates.

When I’m not recruiting great people for brilliant businesses, I am a mummy to my 3 children. I have a 4-year-old who just started school and 2 year old twins. I am definitely outnumbered but very blessed.
