Full Time: Permanent

Hybrid: 3-4 days per week in the office

Salary: In the region of £55k DOE plus bonus and benefits

We are delighted to be partnering with a hugely exciting and rapidly expanding independent growth consultancy who have experienced unprecedented growth and success over the past 12 months.  As a result, they are looking to hire some hugely talented consultants with ‘great minds’ to work on a variety of high profile accounts.

The Role:

 - Confidently engage with senior clients by sharing insights, asking thoughtful questions, and showcasing expertise.

 - Independently managing smaller consultancy-style projects and contributing effectively to larger, more complex initiatives.

 - Assist in developing client proposals and actively participate in pitches.

 - Serve as a role model and mentor to junior team members, fostering their development.

 - Proactively lead project teams, ensuring each member contributes effectively.

 - Collaborate closely with senior leaders, providing them with critical support.

 - Collaborate with high-profile clients across a wide variety of industries.

 - Be part of a small, close-knit team where you'll engage in all aspects of project delivery.

 - Work directly with senior leaders, facilitate interactive workshops, and conduct research and analysis (primarily qualitative and desk research, though quantitative experience is a plus).

 - Contribute your ideas and insights to team discussions and problem-solving.

 - Manage 3-4 projects simultaneously, spanning both larger and smaller initiatives lasting 2-5 months each.

 - Operate in project teams typically consisting of 2-4 members.

Who are we looking for?

 - Possess a strong foundation in consulting and/or qualitative research skills.

 - Ideally 3-5 years of professional experience (in an agency or business setting)

 - Strong academic qualifications (minimum 2 A grades at A-level and a 2.1 or 1st class degree from a leading university)

 - Bring valuable expertise and a unique perspective informed by prior work experience.

 - Down to earth individual.

 - Strong communicator and listener.
